During our stay the fridge was making such a dreadful noise that it disturbed our sleep. The management co was responsive and dealt with the issue, which we appreciated.

Sadly, this place is in need of serious maintenance and proper cleaning: very grubby and cluttered with tons of broken stuff & junk. As a result, I requested a refund of the £135 cleaning fee. Seems like an excessive charge for a place where the floors are so dirty and sticky you have to keep your shoes on lest your socks become black in minutes; there are multiple cobwebs and dust on lamps and in corners; the fancy kitchen cabinets are smeared and finger-marked; the walls are marked up; a number of blinds are broken and the windows are absolutely filthy. Not to mention the back garden with grass that had clearly not been mowed this season. Interestingly, the management co told me to go take a running jump. They said I should have contacted them to come and clean the place while I was staying there. Hmmm, that would mean that not only would we have had to work around the fridge repair guy but also the cleaning staff during our stay. That’s not the way it is supposed to work: our expectation is that the £135 the last people paid means it's clean for us when we arrive and our £135 means it's clean for the next people...

Spacious lots of rooms and bathrooms.

Not been kept clean. Missing crucial items. Eg there were two spoons! Tv didn’t work- bedroom Sustained burns in shower due to steam function No outdoor light in back garden to sit outside in evening No kitchen hand towels or cloth to wipe counter. One cloth under counter which was still damp from cleaner. Ovens need instructions. Kitchen very sparse and struggled- eg no board of a size could cut pizza. Needs health and safety review regarding coffee table and stairs and couch. No mattress cover on beds- sheet only

Overall we were happy, cleaning is more needed, especially the living room was dusty smell and more dust found under kitchen carpet, but happy with the property

We had 5 spacious bedrooms, good size kitchen/diner/lounge

House needs a lot of TLC. Not child friendly
