Nothing it was perfect for what we needed

Good location , very near local services including buses to town centre and Gunwharf Quay

First off, this is a review of 258, not 260 as this was already occupied. It was quite embarrassing having the door opened by the occupant asking us why we were trying to gain access. 258n is not the property we booked and the facilities were not the same as 260. There was a shower over the bath , not an enclosure and the taps was not thermostatically controlled , so you either got very hot or very cold water. The decorating need to be refreshed as there were marks and chips in places and in both the bedrooms we occupied the were traces of damp. My mattress was stained yellow and with what appeared to be a blood stain. The kitchen cabinet under the sink showed water damage and needs to be replaced. There was a telephone socket hanging off the wall in the lounge. Contact by the management company were transmitted through booking. com on a no reply email. So although they appeared to be courteous, we could not reply to them. The downstairs wc showed signs of damp and the washbasin emptied into an open drain. With no money to book elsewhere and no reply contact with the hosts, we had no option but to stay here.

Le logement dispose d'un parking. Il était propre et confortable avec des équipements en suffisance et du café/thé à disposition. La communication avec les gérants est tres facile et rapide.

Les lits doubles sont un peu petits pour 2. Le quartier est une zone commerciale donc pas des plus charmantes mais cela permet de faire des courses tres tres facilement, ce qu'on a apprécié finalement

Location!

It was listed as 5* and probably only a 3! Bit disappointed that we’d payed for the whole property only to find certain rooms were locked!! Surely when you book accommodation you should receive what you’ve paid for regardless whether it’s used or not!!

Plenty of room, good to have parking. Good location. Loved the care taken by the owners. Very reassuring. Never stayed anywhere that had so many extras, salt, pepper, oil etc: great

Very nice, clean and comfortable.

Everything we needed was within walking distance. Great pubs and restaurants, ASDA superstore literally just over the road. We went to visit the Historic Dockyard and it was literally a 10 minute drive to a large shopping centre car park and a four minute walk from there. Great communication from the agent and owner and off road parking. Great place
