Greenacre - Close to beaches with Hydropool spa

Good location and spacious. Great hot tub. Little chill out room with TV. Table football was fun.

Freezer was iced up, no cloths or kitchen rolls to wipe up spills. I know the house is up for sale and there are a few jobs could do with sorting whilst still having guests renting - front had fallen off drawers in 1 bedroom. There were no complimentary toiletries!

We stayed here with another family, the house provided us with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable including a welcome pack, kitchen essentials and a selection of board games. We would absolutely return if the issues below were addressed.

1. The garden was not fully secure. We had three dogs with us (small to medium in size) all of which could have easily gotten under the driveway gate. 2. One of the bedroom windows was faulty meaning it could not close fully. This made our February stay an exceptionally cold one at night time. Luckily we had brought blankets but it was still cold. 3. The downstairs patio doors allowed rain water to pour in during the wet weather.

Good location, plenty of parking, good facilities.

Good size property, good location ( but you do need a car to go anywhere). Hot tub was a great plus, and having the utility was a great addition.

Mattresses were a little uncomfortable, in most rooms they had a dip in the middle which wasn’t the best to sleep on. The sofa bed was poor and felt this wasn’t explained as clearly as it could have been in the description, the mattress was paper thin and in my opinion would be no good for 2 x adults, luckily this was being slept on by kids but really let the overall stay down.
