Clarence Co-Living - Private Room Self-Cater

A nice place not too far from the city centre, at a good price. I stayed for 3 nights. Big plus for the self check-in option during late hours — I had a late flight and arrived after midnight. Unfortunately, I had some trouble opening the front door, but someone kindly helped me. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, as was my room. Overall, it was a good stay and the staff were nice. Thank you!

In my room, and I think throughout the property, it was quite cold. I’d also mention that the front door, as noted, was difficult to open. These were the only things I didn’t like — everything else was good :)

it had washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was perfect

There weren't enough utensils in the kitchen. The oven didn't work. It was written that the booklet of the electric appliances should be in the cabinet but it wasn't.

- Clean bathrooms - Well-equipped kitchen - A room is ok

- Area (far from the city centre, not a pleasant one) - A kitchen could be cleaner - No additional rubbish bags for kitchen bin

The staffs were answering the call and very good. The location was alright to get buses and taxies . Affordable accommodation ,if you can rent all four rooms more comfortable if going with family ,friends or so on. Overall good 8 star ⭐.

As shared toilet requires atleast alternative day cleaning ( shower room and toilet.)

Except the location is a bit far, but a good residential area, no complaints.
