Milford Street - 5 Bedroom Luxurious Holiday Home - Saundersfoot

Ideal location, right in centre of Saundersfoot. Modern property, great size with everything you needed there. Would recommend.

Carpet in main living room had a few stains but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Some TLC needed/ maintenance in keeping the property clean and presentable eg rear patio and front path dirty and full of weeds, dirty windows Some crockery/ pans/ cutlery not cleaned properly (had to wash before use) View from house misleading - pics show sea view but this is only from the velux window in the attic bedroom

Fantastic location and great space for 9 family members. Property was amazing, everything we needed for a great break

A few minor niggles: No information with what to do with the rubbish Lots of loose door handles! Few bulbs in lamps not working Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid upon arrival Lots of Broken blinds Windows filthy

The house is lovely and spacious and well appointed

Think there were a few additional bits of cleaning that could have been done- the shower door strip in the attic bathroom needed cleaning or replacing and there was a bit of mild

Location and facilities. We had everything we needed within the house. Plenty of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Inside the property was clean and well maintained.

As it happens the weather wasn’t good so we had no call to sit outside. But if it had been good the outside facilities needed a bit of attention. There was no detail in what to do with rubbish and recycling so we just had to leave it in the kitchen area.

Spacious, comfy beds and quality bed linen and towels

The lower patio area with seating and table was dirty, plus needed a good sweep. As this area is first impression you see it was disappointing. Lack of any incidentals such as salt, foil etc was frustrating, especially for the price paid.
