Decoration needs updating. And could be cleaner and no tv apart from logging in to your own subscriptions (should be on details of property)

Size of property and location. Great for swimming in the pond and walking by the sea.

No ironing board and the tread on the stair carpet was worn with the gripper rods poking through thus causing a cut to my wife's foot. No serving bowls in the kitchen and dirty pans in the cupboard.

Breakfast not applicable Location was wonderful, with the beach coastal walk park and cafe on our doorstep.

No recycling bags or food recycling bags provided. Lack of instructions as to where to dispose of rubbish. We had to look around outside to find out! Downstairs windows had no curtains or blinds!

Location and separate living room for teenagers was great

It wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The plates weren’t washed just stacked in the cupboard. The floors weren’t washed. The toilets had been cleaned and the beds were clean and comfortable so it would t be fair to say it was completely dirty, just some elements. There were no recycling bags.

Parking was not free and we got fine

No broom to sweep the floors. No pegs for the clothesline. Folding clothes airer would have been helpful. Top floor rooms extremely hot due to the boiler located up there and it is summertime.

Lovely clean fresh property, beds and bedding were really clean and comfortable, could’ve done with more coat hangers in bedrooms to hang clothes on rails, otherwise a lovely house, very spacious house with good size garden and washing line were unable to hang washing out as there wasn’t any pegs ! Upon leaving I stripped the beds and found the quilts and pillows and mattresses were spotlessly clean so very happy with our beds cleanlinesses they all looked brand new, the house is situated a stones throw from beach but best to stick to path as there’s warnings for sand and sandbanks, a lovely walk in the morning 😀

The estate in which the property is located was a little run down tbh which was a shame but this had no reflection on the house in which we stayed in, it’s a stones throw from the beach but beware the sand isn’t for children to play on as there’s warnings for the sand and sandbanks so best keep to the path a lovely walk in the morning, on the second floor in which we stayed the bedroom with the cupboard in which is situated at the front of property had a boiler in that dripped quite a lot throughout the night was a little noisy that’s all we can say about the property tbh.
