Contemporary 4 bedroom detached house with parking and city links

Lovely house in a quiet location with large bedrooms and easy access to shops, restaurants etc. Although we didn’t require much assistance, the host was very accommodating and welcomed us with complimentary biscuits and water bottles.

We arrived quite late and exhausted and when we first entered the apartment it was very cold and took a while to heat up, but having said that, I’m sure Ricky (the host) would’ve switched on the heating in advance if we had mentioned it to him. I didn’t think this at the time. No fault of the host though, but if you like walking into a warm house do mention it in advance as I guess some people prefer the house to be cooler. This was just our personal preference.

Perfect location. Very comfortable and clean house. Seven of us stayed in the house for three nights and there was so much space. We were going to a wedding and various family get togethers. The house was perfectly placed to get to all the events and so much nicer than staying in a hotel

Quiet and spacious. Fully equipped. The host is very nice and response swiftly on any enquiries.

Only one minor thing is the curtain is too bright for 3 out of 4 rooms. Rest are perfect.

Our stay at the four-bedroom house was fantastic! Although we had a bit of trouble with the lock box during check-in, at this point we worried we were getting scammed, however the host came to our rescue within minutes and promptly assisted us in getting inside. We were even provided a warm welcome with biscuits and water waiting in the kitchen. The layout of the house was impressive, with the living and dining areas seamlessly connected, providing plenty of space for everyone. Each room was generously stocked with plenty of towels, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Despite a small confusion about the check-out time, the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house itself had modern amenities, including a stylish wet room-style shower, making our stay even more comfortable. And to top it off, the actual place exceeded our expectations from the photos. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Definitely a hidden gem especially in Croydon!
