"Nice property let down with only one bathroom for 6 people"

Only one bathroom for six people- did cause problems, stairs very steep and slippery, also very wobbly banister, parking a free for all

"House lovely, host and stay awful to deal with"

Lovely property, generally clean but a few cobwebs. Great location and comfortable beds.

Only one toilet roll provided for 4 guests. Host and stay are a terrible company to deal with - sent me numerous messages about completing a check in form prior to arrival but didn’t include the actual check in form, when I raised this I was charged an extra £30 with no explanation, raised this and was told it was for the “early check in” that I’d requested. Have requested a refund for this which I’ve yet to receive. Will not be booking with host and stay properties again due to this.

"Short walk to town centre."

Accommodation was very good in an excellent location to make use of the facilities offered in Pickering.

Lockbox was a little fussy in the dark, but we did get in any everything was as anticipated.

Great location, clean and guide book site/app was great.

No coffee machine and only one toilet paper provided. Aga was too hot for the room for summer but not hot enough to use the oven to cook
