We couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Such a perfect location with lots of shops/restaurants/bars within walking distance. The villa had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing especially our butler Artur who was so helpful and made our stay even more special.

The villa was clean, beautiful, spacious and private. We had such a wonderful experience staying here. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. it truly made our trip special. We were a group of six arriving on different days, and the team was so accommodating, even arranging pickups on separate days without any hassle. A special thank you to the butlers Jeffri, Rangga, Arta, Mega, and Nanda - they were outstanding throughout our stay. Their service was warm, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa had everything we could possibly need, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Small touches like filtered water, coffee, tea, and even dental kits made a big difference. They also helped us with laundry, which was returned the next day — very convenient! While we didn’t use the massage or breakfast services, we would have loved to try them given the quality of everything else. Overall, this was fantastic value for money, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The villa is located adjacent to a large gym which was noisy at times, however noise was expected in the busy urban area.

The villa was nice and modern but it really was the staff that made the experience well worth it. The staff went above and beyond and we really were impressed

The property is nice and spacious.

The location is not good, for multiple reasons: You are in Canggu but you need 30+ mins drive by car (in low season) to get to the main/nice area of Canggu (and 5-10 mins to get back) cause of one way streets and high traffic. The main roads outside the property are in bad shape, without pavements, so it is hard to walk with young kids. Main area of Cangu is better on that part. The alley outside the house is too narrow, and most taxis refuse to drive in. That would be alright, if there was not a pack of aggressive dogs a few doors down, that made it very hard and scary for the kids to walk out on that alley, without being barked at or rushed out. Plus you have to shine down the road at dark, to avoid steping on something memorable and hard to get rid off. Then there are tennis/padel courts next to the property, which most of the days blasted music with bad speakers, making it noisy and not rays to relax. The noise of the rackets/people in that wasn't that bad/loud, compared to the music noise. I would expect better, especially for the price paid.

This villa is so beautiful and super spacious for a family holiday. The staff are so great and really welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying in canggu as the villa is in a prime location.
