Host & Stay - Hidden Gem

The house is very spacious and well equipped, and in an ideal location in Saltburn with the beach at one end of the street and Sainsbury's shop and cafes/bars and restaurants at the other. Lovely comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Great kitchen with large island for gathering around, cosy lounge plus separate dining room. We all had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

The toilet was leaking but was quickly repaired by the hosts.

The location was brilliant. Lots of space in the house for everyone. Really nicely decorated and comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked. Kitchen was great space to cook and socialise. Bathrooms were great with lovely bath and showers.

No facilities for recycling which was disappointing. Think previous visitor had brought a fluffy white dog and still quite a lots of hair in living room and kitchen.

Very well equipped. Tasteful furnishings, spacious. Wonderful location Close to all amenities.

We were a bit stumped with the recycling.

Great location, close to the beach, train and bus stations. Plenty of space for 4 couples, very comfortable. Well appointed with loads of plates, mugs, glasses etc.

Very noisy, floorboards all sanded and no carpets. Main thing though was the £500 deposit we had to pay the week before and won’t get back for up to two weeks after our break and on top of that they take a £15 transaction fee. It’s a complete rip off. I would never stay again or use Host and Stay.

Very spacious, bright and comfortable. The furniture and appliances are all great which made for a very good stay.

A small piece of grass would be helpful for pets. The stones are very uncomfortable to walk on for all concerned.

Large house plenty of room for 9 of us plus dog friendly. Close to town centre and beach. All mod cons for staying.

The only issue was the back door wouldn’t open! We tried everything
