The location. Apart from garage the property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The outside space let the property down, the garden was poor with the grass well overdue a cut. The patio area was particularly bad with the patio overgrown with weeds. The garden furniture was not as shown in the photos, which I suspect are probably 10 years old, the furniture has been replaced with a cheaper and much smaller set of chairs which were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no cushions as the cushions available were clearly all from the previous life expired set and did not fit as they were much larger.

Key box easily accessible and we had the code in good time.

Fabulous spacious holiday home with everything you need for a perfect stay in Beadnell. Comfy beds, very clean, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and a nice garden to sit in the sunshine. Parking for two cars, one on the driveway and one behind on edge of drive. The host was very helpful and attentive, giving great arrival instructions.

The fact that the fence was down so it was not safe for our dog. The owner assured me he would contact me to rectify the situation but he is ignoring my messages. Very unprofessional. We booked the property as it stated it had a secure garden. It didn’t.
