Dartmouth House

Very spacious house with all amenities considered. Very well equipped. Ample space to park and a nice little garden for the kids to roam around. Good access to a couple of restaurants by the say, short walking distance to the town. Clean and tidy.

Very spacious and clean. Everything there that you would want. The bathrooms were newly done and very nice.

Had trouble getting stations on the TV and the WiFi was very hit and miss. Most days we had no internet at all

The house is located in a quiet area, a short walk from the sea. There is a handy corner shop nearby. All the facilities in the house were excellent and it was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner/agent were quick, friendly & helpful.

The only suggestion we had was a really big saucepan for cooking pasta would be useful for large family such as ours. The Owner immediately said they would provide one when we suggested this.

Very comfortable and well equipped house. Great location, totland and Colwell bay in walking distance, needles/alum bay and freshwater close by car. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Overlooked on all sides. This required us to close curtains when showering/dressing.

Daughter in law loved the kitchen. A very spacious property the ground floor bedroom was lovely as my husband and I struggle with stairs,

I found the settees were very low and hard to get out of when you are a bit older like me. It would have been appreciated if our host could have emailed about the bridge at Yarmouth being closed.
