"Ravis par la vue, emplacement proche des commerces, tout est très pratique !"

Superbe vue, commerces proches. Mais pas à l'écart de la circulation (qu'on n'entend absolument pas dans la maison). Tout est pratique : grille-pain, cafetière... et propre.
