Struttura elegante e tecnologica vicina al centro, meno di 10 minuti a piedi e vicinissima alla fermata del traghetto per djugarden. Davanti all’hotel c’è anche la fermata degli autobus, tram e metro, quindi ottima posizione e collegata benissimo con i mezzi a tutte le altre parti della città e alla stazione centrale. Comodissimo il Self check-in e check-out e anche il deposito bagagli tutto molto tecnologico e ben organizzato. Il Personale questa struttura c’è se uno ha delle esigenze particolari ma è tutto automatizzato quindi il contatto è quasi nullo o minimo. La struttura dispone di una cucina e una sala con divani e tavoli in comune, con macchina x il caffè e bevande a pagamento comodissima con carte e bancomat. Camera molto grande, senza finestra la nostra, insonorizzata e un bagno veramente comodo. La camera di asciugamani non vengono rifatte meno che non si richieda a pagamento alla reception. Colazione non compresa, ma proprio davanti all’hotel ci sono vari bar e negozi dove farla o comprarla.

Lack of windows and that we were waiting from the staff to clean the room (it was a small stick it which said that our room would be cleaned only after our request but unfortunately we saw it the last day)

I loved the self-service aspect of the hotel, as with the CityBox model. The luggage storage facility was really useful!

The small common kitchen, although handy, was not very practical. For example, one cloth is provided to wash the dishes and, I presume, clean the surface, etc. - it did not feel super hygienic to me. One had to dry the dishes with a paper towel. A pen is provided to write on the groceries stored in the fridge, but that was not very practical. Have you ever tried writing with a pen on plastic? Having a sticker/pen setup will work much better like they have at many hostels. Despite my room being in the basement without windows (which I prefer in the summer), it was not insulated properly and I heard every noise from neighbours and/or people in the lobby laughing late into the night. Hotel is currently in a massive building site but located really well and super close to the underground.
