DEI quarreled with them on the chat before going there,it was not worth it see those people in person. I lost my money and nerves with them.

AZthe staff were excellent, helpful, and always willing to assist.
For some reason, my bed had not been prepared when I arrived. The clean blanket, bed linen, and pillowcase were simply left on the bed. Since I entered the room in the early hours of the morning, it was very inconvenient to make up the top bunk bed without waking the other six people in the room. In addition, the bathroom drain was not working properly. Water accumulated on the floor and eventually spread out of the bathroom into the room and even the corridor.

BGThe staff was very friendly, the fact that you have to take off the shoes makes it so that you feel more at home and keeps the hostel clean. The location was wonderful.
The common area was kind of small and the other guests were a little strange, but this is normal hostel experience.
PL-good value for money -nice for short stay
-no staff around in the morning so i couldn’t leave my baggage safely as i arrived, had to carry it around the city and then come later for actual check-in -no shoes policy, although it was clean inside but mind that not everyone is comfortable with walking without shoes or slippers you provide, many people have for example health problems
