Litet hus i mysig by nära havet

A very nice house, self-built by the owner, together with two houses next to it. It has all the facilities that one needs. Parking right in front of the house. A garden shared with the other two houses. A lot of things for kids, including toys for the beach and games and things to play with at the house. Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, and upstairs in the mezzanine floor there are two single beds. Furthermore, there is a sleeping couch. We were staying with five people and made use of all of it. The house is very well equipped which makes you feel at home quite easily and really welcome as well. For example, there is a BBQ with all the things you need to fire it up. Also, there is plenty of cleaning material including things for the dishwasher etc. It is unlike the typical Airbnb apartment that is purely designed to be rented out and has exactly six spoons, six knives, and six forks, and that's it. This one truly has everything you need and more than that. The location is great as well; you can quickly drive to the beach or to Ystad, and everything within Skåne can be reached within an hour's drive. We also visited Ales Stenar, which is one of the highlights in the area. The owner is really nice and caring for his guests.

No showstopper, but the house is directly located next to the roads, so you will hear some cars driving by from time to time. Another thing to reckon with is that the attic is not very high, so if you are a bit taller, you can easily bump your head. The kids also bumped their heads when they were in their bed and went up to sit up straight too quickly, for example.

Mycket mysigt, stilfullt och gav en skön känsla av "hemma"...liksom varmt och gemytligt. Jag skulle ABSOLUT kunna tänka mig att återkomma.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief koffie, thee, wc- en keukenpapier, olijfolie, peper, zout, vaatwasserblokjes etc. De ligging is heerlijk rustig en je bent met een kwartier rijden in Ystad en met 5 minuten sta je op het strand.

Het was schoon en leuk ingericht (precies zoals op de foto’s). De bedden waren goed. Dichtbij een mooi strand.

Schöner Garten. Nähe zum Strand (3 km). Nähe zu Ystad mit netten Restaurants und Cafés.

Dunkle Wohnung, muffiger Geruch im Schlafzimmer. Dusche ließ sich nicht kalt stellen.
