Ferienwohnung Ferienwohnung mit sichtbarem Investitionsstau und großem Pflegebedürfnis. Deckel der Abfalleimer fehlt im „Bad“. Tür vom Kühlschrank ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, zu öffnen mit zwei Türen und zwei Händen! Töpfe und Pfannen nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Spinnweben in den Ecken, getrockneten Schnecken am Boden….. Tote Fliegen und Mücken an den Wänden….. Toilettenpapier entgegen der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht vorhanden. Vermisst haben wir auch einen Toaster, Trockentücher, Küchenrolle sowie Eierbecher. Dass die Internet-Verbindung schlecht ist, stand in der Beschreibung. OK. Daß bei schlechter Witterung die Verbindung noch langsamer wird stand ebenfalls da. IK. Aber: Es ist ein Unterschied zwischen langsamen und gar keinem Internet. Und gar keinem GSM-Empfang. Stundenlang kein Netz. Keine Restaurant-Reservierungen, keine Routenplanung zu Tageszielen. Kein Planen von Wanderstrecken über Apps…..

Location of the appartment out of Greve. a comfortable place with all required facilities good will from the host to help before and after

1) it was not clear enough where to look for the key box. getting to such a place out of any cellular or Wi-Fi range without an option to contact the staff and ask WHERE is key box, took us quite long minutes to fid and open. 2) The appartment is described as conditioned place with details at the last line of the description that air condition is located just in the sleeping part down. In fact the upper store, the leaving room is very hot 'with high umidity and צakes it very difficult to stay in it. On the other hand just one sleeping room has an air condition.

It is in beautiful location where you can recieve the healing energy of the Toscana countryside. However it's far from Florence, 45 minutes through a long and widing road. Internet and telephone signal is bad and we did't get the code to open the box with the keys on time, we strugeled to find a way to communicate with the staff. Should we have received the code in time everything would have been perfect. It would be a good idea to place the name of the house "Elena" somewhere visible for people to see and directions on the road that allow you to know that maps is guiding in the right direction. We were 3 people and they only left one toilet paper. Not enough. We managed becasue we had taken some with us from our previos stay. That and the fact that the house has no name on it are two very important things to consider for the staff.
