Very clean and comfortable apartment with a lovely cafe just below. A short walk through a local park will take you to the historical centre of Bologna, full of cafes, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and only wish we could've spent more time in the city, it was wonderful!

The noise from the lift was constant and quite loud. Apartment felt a bit small for 4 people.

Excellent location, a short walk into the city centre, excellent Pam supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe right next door to the apartment. Also, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly and helpful owner (Guido) who brought us a new kettle as the one in the apartment wasn't working. Spacious sitting room and kitchen. Very clean and safe and quiet at night so we all slept well. Very good for 4 people, would also be okay for 6. Would strongly recommend.

The Flat was easy to find with Guidos instructions and all in all we had a very pleasant, although very short, stay.
There wasn't really anything to complain about. The price was quite high for 1 night, but thats probably just what it costs for a night in the centre of Bologna

It's easy to find the place; it's close (walking distance) to the city center. Very clean and convenient. Each room has a separate heater unit. Plenty of light but no views. The owner is a good communicator.
The place is basic, almost spartan, with no extras - no paper towels or hair conditioner. The kitchen is very small and not well-equipped. The mattress in one of the two rooms was saggy and too soft.

Very clean and quiet apartment, close to the city center with a very helpful owner. The two bathrooms were very convenient for 6 people.
The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable for sleeping. If you're staying many days it's something to have in mind.
