The villa had a very good location, situated on a small street away from the main road, so it was peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. The villa was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the free clean drinking water, and the fridge had an ice machine, which was a very nice bonus. EDIT: Had to change review 9.0 to 1.0 because host is telling about TV physical damage and some other facts that is not right. We also have booking messages confirming that the TV issue was reported during our stay, not after check-out. The villa staff were informed immediately when the TV stopped displaying a picture and it was 1st day and the TV was replaced the following day while we were still staying at the property. There was no visible physical damage to the TV at all, and we do not believe physical impact damage was even possible, as the TV was mounted high on the wall. The sound was still working normally — the screen simply stopped displaying a picture. Because of this, we do not understand why the management response suggests the issue was only discovered after our departure. And first time i see this is in this booking About police thing: We would like to clarify that the following day we travelled to Nusa Penida in the morning, which is why we were not able to go to the police station together with you. However, we did go to the police ourselves in the evening and filed an official report. We also sent you a photo of the police complaint via WhatsApp. An official statement has therefore been submitted to the police. About using safe: If the money had been inside the safety box, would it be considered acceptable that housekeeping goes through my personal belongings, including a locked backpack, searching inside it where cash was hidden deep inside? It would be more reasonable to acknowledge that something went wrong rather than trying to justify the situation in this way.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this villa due to theft during our stay. After arriving, one of the safes was locked and staff had to bring a key to open it. We do not know where this key was kept afterwards or who had access to it. Host said key was sent to back 30min away. At one point, the safe was also found open, although my friend is not completely sure whether he accidentally left it open himself or not. Same day night he discovered money was stolen. During our stay, male cleaning staff had access to both rooms, and the thefts happened on the same days when the rooms were cleaned. In total, 450€ in cash was stolen from two separate rooms — one from a safe and one from a backpack. We knew exactly how many Euros we had because this was travel cash and not money we casually spent day to day in Bali you cant use EUR. We also did not carry these Euros around with us — they stayed in the villa during our stay. The thieves were smart and only took a few banknotes at a time, probably assuming we would not notice. If all the money had been stolen at once, it would have been immediately obvious. We are also quite sure that local Indonesian cash was taken as well, probably around 3–4 million IDR in total, although we cannot say the exact amount. The situation made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We reported the incident to the management and also contacted the police. To be fair, the villa owner was very helpful and responsive throughout the situation, and we appreciate that. It is just very unfortunate that something like this happened. We hope the person responsible will eventually get caught. We strongly recommend future guests to be extremely careful with valuables at this property. EDIT: About Villa Driver We followed the instructions and paid 900,000 IDR directly to the villa.Before departure, we simply contacted the same driver via WhatsApp to ask to drive us around Bali. If its forbidden then driver should have told us.

Clean, quiet and good location. All systems worked fine and it provided the peaceful and green Bali atmosphere we needed. They put mosquito repellent burnsticks which smells nice and provides a better environment. We ordered breakfast one day, and it was great. The staff is very kind and helpful. Would definitely like to stay there again.

The rooms on the ground flour smell dampness and the hair drier doesn’t allow you to change its level, which was low.

Spacious and clean.

This villa exceeded my expectations. Beautifully appointed, very clean, and extremely comfortable, especially the beds. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and attentive, and having security at the entry door was a nice added touch that made me feel very safe. The pool was amazing and a highlight of the stay. I would highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.
