Everything! No complains, very comfortable bed and outdoor area. Perfect for a little retreat time. Also they provide laundry service at a good price.

Nothing! I was concerned about the reviews on google maps, but me being a very picky traveler a recommend this place 100%

The villa is in a nice quiet location which was what I wanted to just relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The Italian restaurant next door was great for meals which meant I didn't have to travel into the main street of Amed. You could definitely byo groceries and not have to leave.

Okay, as lovely as it was, the outside bathroom makes you feel like you have an audience when going to the loo. Was raining and the drying rack and toilet paper holder were both exposed and got wet. The window above the bed (which has been mentioned in other comments and nearly put me off) could really do with a curtain or something to block the early morning light. Also having people across the street being able to look into the private area was a bit off putting

The room was very nice (maybe not very old) pool and surrounding outdoor area was comfortable

The gardens around the pool desperately need attention and the neighbours outside lights lit our room up very well, curtains above the bed would be nice.

Private and nice. Clean and good.

Next to open space and local houses/shops who burn rubbish and plastic almost every day. So smoke is coming to the villas. Small construction going on across road.

Loved our room and pool. Spacious and modern.

Just a tad out of town with no local taxi but could have walked along beach if really wanted to. Nice and quiet tho. Didnt want to drive a motor bike but that would help. We had family in area to pick us up so it was fine.
