Casa Pohon Ubud

We have a good time there. My family love it and I have a great memory in Ubud. Would like to travel back again.

The breakfast is a little bit boring, but it still better have breakfast than without it. The juice is fresh.

The staff were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable by all means. They never said 'no' to any of our requests and were very accomodating specially Chris at the reception. The villa looks very private facing the jungle and the whole place was kept very clean and tidy day-in and out by the staff. The rooms were huge, the open kitchen and the living room were well thought of- specially the see-through glass by the pool. Even the outdoor shower was great to have.

予約サイトのヴィラの写真がすごく素敵で、宿泊を決めました。大抵実物は写真より劣るので、ワクワクしつつも過度な期待はせずに行きましたが、実物は想像以上に素晴らしい場所でした。案内されたヴィラは本当に全てが素晴らしく美しかったです。建物内装は木の温もりを感じる造りになっており、カサポホンのインテリアのセンスが大好きです。バスタブはありませんが、シャワースペースがゆったりしており、ストレスを感じる事はありませんでした。洗面所のスペースも広く使いやすかったです。 設置されていたシャンプー、コンディショナー、ハンドソープ、ボディクリームはセンセイシャのもので、成分も使い心地も最高で、レモングラスの香りに癒されました。 朝食は毎朝数種類から選べます。 ３日だったので飽きませんでしたが、長期滞在となると少し飽きるかもしれません。 カサポホンに到着する為には最後にとても細い路地を通るので大型車は通れないと思います。わが家はカサポホンに空港送迎をお願いしましたが、ヴィラへの運転に慣れたドライバーさんなので良かったです。バリ島では沢山のタクシーに乗りましたが、カサポホンの派遣してくれたドライバーさん(オデさん)がダントツ安全運転だし、運転が丁寧で揺れが少なく酔わなかったです。 カサポホンのスタッフとは予約後からチャットで連絡を取り合っていましたが、チャットでの対応から親切でした。滞在中も常に問題はないかと気にかけてくれ、気持ちよく滞在できました。 またウブドに行く時は泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました！

My stay at Casa Pohon was delightful. First, the villa is incredible and worth its price. An amazing experience in the jungle, with privacy. It has been a while I did not get such a deep sleep. Second, the staff is very accommodating and responsive. My driver, that I booked externally, cancelled last minute and the staff at the Casa Pohon found one for me instantly. Everything you need, they have. And if they don’t, they will find it for you. Finally, they organised the activities for me (i.e., ATV, private tour). It was very fun, and memorable. While I was a bit reluctant to book it as it is slightly on the higher side from a pricing perspective, I believe the quality of service and the comfort of the villa make it totally worth it. I highly recommend booking at Casa Pohon, if one stays in Ubud.

Everything! Don’t listen to any negative comments! This place is a miracle and you can't book enough days to enjoy this wonderful place. The host, the food, the facilities are second to none. The best place I've ever been. we didn't meet any animals, Casa Pohu is a real paradise on earth.
