"Perfect slice of heaven"

The villa was perfect. A tranquil slice of heaven close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops of Canggu. The villa was lovely and clean and was kept clean throughout our stay by the amazing team. The villa had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfy, not something I say often when away from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. There was an issue with one of the AC units while we were there but it was looked at and solved quickly with great communication.

This property was in a great location, close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The host was lovely, and the property had a lot of nice features.

Some of the features of the property didn’t work (outdoor shower, some light switches) and the place was not very clean. We didn’t end up using the hot tub because it was quite grimey and green, and there was a lot of mildew around the place. We also had a few unexpected interruptions from staff and delivery people which were a bit of an inconvenience.

It’s better than in the pictures. Location is great, not on busy main street but still plenty nice locations nearby to go for food/drinks or walk to main street. Housekeeping was good, all very clean and good support from the host.
