The location was awesome though, easy walking to the centre of Ubud and the Monkey Forest.

The villas on first inspection were nice, however there was no hot water at all in our villa and the main shower head didn't work. We asked for it to be looked at and fixed but that wasn't actioned. There was mold on the ceiling in the kitchen room. Breakfast was simple but nice. The toast was barely toasted and cold when it arrived to us.

The privacy

This is a tranquil little oasis easily accessed from the main road in the southern part of Ubud, but far enough off it that there is no traffic noise - just lots of frogs in the pond! The villa was very comfortable, with a huge air conditioned bedroom upstairs and a nice covered veranda by the pool downstairs to while away the days reading, swimming and watching the local wildlife come and go. But the highlight, as ever in Bali, is the staff, who are all just so amazingly friendly and helpful. Really good value for money in my view.

The water pressure in the shower upstairs is weak, though it’s still fine to use - the pressure is better in the downstairs one for those wanting more power.

Amazing place, our villa was only seconds away from the centre of town yet was quite and tranquil. Breakfast delivered to villa each morning was fantastic. Pool was lovely.

The location was the best. Very conveniently located close to massage, restaurants, atm and convenience shops. Chahaya there at the reception was syper friendly and helpful. Anything we requested was actioned proptly and with care.
