Wana Karsa The Villas Ubud

Locatie is best. Wanneer je in Ubud verblijft dan is dit wel echt een geweldig locatie. Vele restaurants, Spa, winkels op Loopafstand. Markt is heel Dichtbij en vele bezienswaardigheden hier dicht bij in de buurt. Locatie is een dikke 10 Ontbijt komt stipt optijd in je villa.

Petit déjeuner très sommaire. Villa très mal insonorisée : quand on demande à la réception, deux fois par messagerie Booking (aucune réponse reçue) et une fois en y allant, pour que les voisins fassent moins de bruit, aucune démarche n’est faite. Attention, une fois le ménage fait, ils oublient de fermer les portes, y compris celle de la salle de bain qui donne dans la chambre et donc dehors… Serviettes trouées et tachées. Cuisine inutile car aucun ustensile. Pas de coffre fort. Personne ne nous a aidé pour les bagages quand nous sommes partis, on nous a complètement ignorés.

Apart from the great location in the centre of Ubud, there are no other real advantages. The shower was broken (water splashed all over the cabin), the cleaning was terrible, the towels were not replaced, and the breakfast was very basic with only vegetarian options. The staff, however, were wonderful and very friendly. Considering that this is one of the cheapest hotels in this area, all of the above didn’t bother me too much.

The location of the property was great. Everyone there was professional, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was poor in quality and quantity compared with other villas in Ubud. There were no towels for both pool and shower room. Our mattress was disgusting.
