Staff was fantastic and super helpful. Location is beautiful and the room is very well equipped and appointed. Comfy bed too!

The location, it is very far outside of the center of Ubud, so you definitely need a motorbike and some serious skills to drive on this island! At least 15min drive every time you want to go somewhere… Also construction directly next to the property makes it hard to relax, we did not use the pool at all. I know the hotel cannot really do anything about the neighbors’ construction, but it would be nice to know this in advance.

The property was a great little base with everything you need for a longer stay, and is walking distance to lots of great places to eat, and a short scooter ride to the center of Ubud. The WiFi was good and the property was clean, with friendly staff and a lovely pool. And just to note (as per other reviews) although there is construction going on next door, I barely heard it in the apartment I was in (number 4) so don’t let that affect booking this property 🙂

I had some issues with the hot water and a leak in my bathroom, but the staff were on it straight away. And not a criticism at all, as there were plenty of places to eat nearby, I think it would be a great addition to have some sort of coffee/bar situation on site, or maybe some kind of breakfast on offer. When I first arrived I wasn’t very well, and being able to get some food on-site would’ve been amazing. But I understand this probably isn’t feasible.

Very poorly signed and hence difficult to find

Beautiful apartments with the most stunning views! Short walk to a few restaurants and shops! You can also easily get in the Ubud centre! Absolutely loved it!

Loved the location and staff

The staff were very helpful and cooperatin, the property is new it has 6 small apartments, two of them was on the second floor. The toilet is spacious and the kitchen is equipped. The staff were so kind giving us a complementary breakfast as for some inconvenience we really appreciate their efforts. The swimming pool was really clean too.

The property is well designed very beautiful entrance but be prepared as there is a walkway from the main road to the property, the staff will help you in transferring the luggage. adding water bottles would have been an advantage. And the location is a bit far from ubud street but with transport is very reasonable.
