The villa is so big and spacious, thats what i love like you can explore every spaces for your own. If you like a peacefull place, i recommended this villa, you wouldn't hear any noisy.

"Avoid this villa if you want a stress-free experience"

The villa staff were nice.

We booked the villa for 6 people and it clearly said when booking that we would receive a 5 bedroom villa - no where does it mention an extra charge to use all of the bedrooms. Be prepared on arrival to be charged nearly double to open up all of the bedrooms. The management company are so rude and basically forced us to pay 80% more to open up the rest of the rooms even though it clearly said we would have all 5 rooms when booking. Also when we arrived at 2pm the guests from the previous night were all still hanging out in the pool, the bedrooms all a mess and bedsheets still unchanged. Overall it was just really stressful and we spent a good few hours arguing with the management company for a mistake that was 100% their fault and they just didn't want to take accountability for. Avoid these guys at all costs, all they want to do is make as much money as possible out of you and basically leave you with no choice but to pay if you want to use the villa in full.
