FRPleasant house but the lack of equipment in the kitchen rendered it useless for cooking.
Check in time was changed after booking, then the accommodation was not available, we were finally informed the accommodation had been available for one hour but they forget to contact us. We all spent 2 hours hanging about Canggu waiting for access. We had the same problem on check out and had to leave one hour earlier than planned. On check out we were informed there was make up marks on one set of linen and charged 1million Rupee. the linen had been collected 4 days earlier we were never told of the problem or given the chance to rectify it. All very disappointing.
