My family and myself didn’t have any good things to say about this property.

The day we arrived the kitchen area wasn’t the cleanest. The dishwasher was disgusting and when I made contact with the manager we were told that it wasn’t working. Under the sink where you would find the dishwasher liquid, it was dirty and had some sort of smell plus insect poisoning just sitting there, I had a 2 year old grandson, and this could have become a nightmare if he had consumed any of this. The second day there wasn’t any house keeping, which we were told about last minute. On this day we had numerous power outages, to the point that we had NO power overnight. This was resolved the next day, but not properly until about midday. We then noticed that the pool filter wasn’t functioning, or not on at all, this occurred with the power outages. So I had to contact the manager again to get someone to look into this. But this wasn’t again sorted for another few hours. Our 5 year old granddaughter had been in the pool with her auntie in the morning, before we realised the problem with the pool filter. So that night my granddaughter started to throw up, and this upset stomach continued for over 2 days, and needed medical treatment. The management team from the Villa, decided to give us a discount of $150 because of the power outage. But I disputed this as it wasn’t acceptable for the issues and the lack of service on their behalf. This was also put to the customer service on Booking.com which I haven’t received enough support or assistance from.

Check-in was easy and the cleaners were excellent and very helpful. The Pool was also the standout feature as were separate bathrooms for all bedrooms.

A few items were broken, but tbf they were fixed quickly. It was a bit noisy as we were very close to the Atlas club.
