The location, friendly staff, design and privacy.

The villa is beautiful, just like in the photos... but unfortunately, the facilities aren't the best. There's no hot water in the shower, the kitchen is in poor condition, and the power goes out when it rains. The staff is very good at resolving problems and is always available. However, we couldn't get anything fixed, and day and night we only had ice-cold water to shower with, and one night we were left without electricity. Very poor value for money.

The entire atmosphere was magical but the private outdoor swimming pool was the cherry on the top. Never stayed at any place like this.

The staff is great and the villa is very beautiful

The location — far from everything and not much to do around, also the path leading to the villa is not good

We arrived from the airport in the early hours of the morning and we were greeted with big smiles from the staff. They helped us carry our luggage to the rooms and were very helpful even at that hour in the morning! The eco lodge is beautiful. The craftsman ship and design of the whole unit is incredible. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The lighting in the room is amazing. The natural pool and outdoor bathroom is amazing with all well maintained jungle greenery! Would highly recommend! Both the staff and lodge exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next holiday here!
