Villa Nana by Pertama Stay

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak. The villa was beautiful, incredibly spacious and perfect for our family. We loved that everyone had our own space, and the private pool was a huge hit with our boys. The location was ideal - tucked away at the end of a quiet laneway but still right in the heart of Seminyak. Having Revolver just a short walk away was a bonus, and we found ourselves returning there multiple times during our stay. A special thank you to Sendy, who was so friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. After we had already checked out and were on our way to Nusa Dua, we realised we had accidentally left our passports behind in the villa. Sendy replied immediately, located them within minutes and organised a tracked Gojek courier to deliver them directly to our next accommodation. He kept us updated throughout the process and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something that was handled calmly and efficiently. We are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced and made so many wonderful family memories here. If you’re looking for a beautiful, spacious villa in an unbeatable Seminyak location with exceptional service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

De badkamers hebben een opknapbeurt nodig! Veel kalk aan alle douchekoppen en schimmel op de grond tussen de naden.

The staff was friendly and helpful

The pump for the water system in the villa broke on day 1. took a whole day to replace. resulting in my group being unable to shower or do anything. After the pump replacement, all water through the showers and sinks have a rusty metallic smell. It was unsolved for the entirety of the trip.

Loved the location. Villas were very nice and roomy. So clean. Great response replies from staff.

No sun lounges. Couch in living area very uncomfortable. Not enough cutlery or glasses for 5 people

Location was perfect.

Bedside lamps would have been great. Bean bags were too hot to lie on. Some outdoor chairs would be great. Some tea towels for the kitchen. Bath towels could do with an upgrade.

Location is good, walking distance to shops etc. Rooms are big and very comfortable.

Wish there is laundry service or washing machine.

Чудесная вилла! Шикарное месторасположение, рядом куча баров, ресторанов, обменников, магазинов и сувенирных лавок. На вилле все чисто, мебель и техника новая, столовые приборы, посуда - все на высоте. Каждая из спален очень просторные с огромной кроватью и большими ванными комнатами. Убирались каждый день с особым пристрастием. Администратор виллы всегда был на связи и в любой момент был готов помочь. В каждой комнате большие современные тв с доступом к любому сервису.
