GK Mediterranean Village -AirportShuttle

I booked last minute after a flight was cancelled. The property got in touch straight away with check in instructions and was incredibly responsive when I had a problem as well as help with the airport shuttle. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and modern.

The property is quiet and nice. No frills, just a room, two beds, small nice kitchen area, and bathroom. The overall service was impeccable.

After a few issues with our travelling plane schedules we had to find a last minute place to stay. This hotel/villa is a gem. It is so beautiful, so clean and has everything you need. From beautiful bathrooms to comfortable beds we wish we could have stayed longer. The host was amazing, found us an earlier shuttle and arranged for a shuttle in the morning. Don't hesitate to chose this place, you won't regret it!

Clean, safe place to stay overnight. We arrived at 00:50 and the shuttle was there to pick us up after we cleared customs at 1:15, which was the last shuttle of the night. Accommodations were clean and quiet. Everything was what we needed for a quick overnight stay between our flights. Very communicative before we arrived and clear directions on how to get into the unit.

I've stayed at this property three separate times in the past month and generally enjoyed my experience. The location is excellent - within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and well-served by food delivery services. While I appreciate the self check-in option, the lockbox system needs improvement. During one late-night arrival around midnight, I encountered an issue where the provided lockbox code was incorrect. When I called for assistance, the staff member who responded was unnecessarily confrontational, initially suggesting I didn't know how to operate a lockbox. As a real estate professional, I'm quite familiar with all types of lockbox systems. After several minutes, he verified that I had indeed been given the wrong code. This delay resulted in a 15-minute wait to access my room, which was frustrating after a late flight from another island. Suggestion for management: Consider upgrading to electronic lockboxes to prevent similar issues and ensure a smoother check-in process, especially for late arrivals. Otherwise, the rooms are well-maintained and the overall experience was positive.

We booked it because it was close to the airport and had a shuttyto the airport. It was clean and good for an overnight before flight. Would not stay at this location for an extended stay.

Our time at GK Mediterranean Village was fine overall, but there were a few areas that could be better. The location is nice, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which made it easy to get around without a car. The room was spacious, but some of the furnishings and fixtures felt a bit dated and could use refreshing. Housekeeping was okay, though not as thorough as we expected. Staff were polite but not always available when we had questions. It worked for a short stay, but with a few updates and more attentive service, this could be a much better experience.

The staff were very helpful. Shuttle was perfect, on time. Bed was a little hard but everything else made up for it.
