Beautiful complex and pool all well maintained and room cleaned every day. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food was amazing especially the traditional greek dishes. Private beach a minute from apartment was lovely. Will definitely return.

A little far from town but only a ten minute walk really but we were offered lifts from the lovely Alex and other family even back from the town. Couldn't thank them enough . Truly kind and lovely people .

- room and the facality is cleaned every day - staff is nice and helpfull - for a 2/3* apartments is a very nice - we got a free room upgrade - good value for money

- wifi is a bit shaky - wall between rooms are bit think, so you can hear your neighbors here and there

The things that we liked the most about the property were the good restaurant, nice pool, and functional AC.

One thing that we didn’t like was the amount of algae on the beach there.

Old, not updated, smelled like a toilet in the room, no Tv. Food was not good, the fruits had tastes of food. I guess they use the same knife. Breakfast, slightly better, but not much! Coffee was horrible.

Great people, very friendly and went out of their way to help us.

We enjoyed the time at Sandy Beach Annexe thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff. The presence of the pool and beach was a huge advantage.

The staff was great.

Yes it is close to the sea. However the sea in Kavos is not good. It is very very warm like hot and is not clear and it is very shallow.
