Problem med hotellets app inför resan

want to warn others against booking ZZZ Dreamscape and its sister hotel, Mornington Hotel. We had a reservation through Hotels.com but never received any key or check-in instructions due to a system failure. The hotel told us we had to arrive before 10 PM, but since we were attending a wedding, we couldn’t make it by then. When we showed up around midnight — as agreed — we were redirected to Mornington Hotel. There, we were met by a rude staff member who refused to help us and even called the police, despite us being calm and simply asking for assistance. The police quickly understood we had been mistreated and let us go, but we were left without accommodation in the middle of the night. Due to the Stockholm Marathon, it was nearly impossible to find another room, but after a lot of stress, multiple taxi rides, and extra costs, we finally found a place to stay — paying for two hotels that night. We still haven’t received any compensation. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I strongly advise against booking ZZZ Dreamscape or relying on any help from Mornington Hotel.

Sitio cómodo para dormir, buen baño y se siente cálido y cuidado.

Supersmå rum, dåligt duschutrymme, inga fönster. Dyrt för vad man fick.

Mkt bra rum och bra och enkelt koncept. Kan kanske jobba lite på automatiseringen. Digital nyckel funkar inte så fick en manuell, det gör ju inget men onödigt med ladda ner app osv. Kör automatiskt när det funkar. Vore iaf perfekt när det väl kommer funka

Great stay, only inconvenience was that the app didn’t work so I couldn’t get in via the keyless entry. Had to find the number, call their sister hotel and walk a 2km round trip to get a hotel room key. Hotel was nice about the issue and offered me a coffee and water.

This stay was everything I hoped for, a cosy spot for singles and couples just to lay back and relax. Lives up to its name because its deceivingly comfortable, perhaps the lack of windows helps you to lose track of time too! Eitherways, very enjoyable stay and happy sleep, thank you

Väldigt fina rum med bekväma sängar och stora täcken. Däremot var det så varmt att man nästan fick panik. Provade ALLT men tillslut lärde man sig att bara acceptera det. Väldigt dåligt ljudisolerat vilket kan vara väldigt störande med tanke på läget.
