Best so far of the no-windows basement room hotels I have stayed at. The only negative thing was that there was only 3 channels on the television.

This is a very interesting concept which I initially embraced and thought this would be an intuitive process. However, they failed miserably on something that should have been relatively seamless. The app never worked and my check-in was eventually 5:30pm. They had to revert to a physical card and the reception is only available between 3-5. I stepped out the following morning for an hour and on re-entry was locked out (before check-out). I spent another hour outside awaiting access to the lobby. On entry your only option is to use a phone that put me in touch with someone at another hotel. This person recommended that I wait four hours for the receptionist to arrive. After, explaining that my flight leaves in 3 hours this person had to come on a scooter and let me into the room.

Check-in did not work. Got help from a man who was working as an IT-supporter while at the same time, as he was supporting front desk. No iron or iron board in the hotel, had to purchase one from a nearby electronics store.

A supposedly modern hotel where you use their app for check-in, the app however didn't work. The rooms are cute, bed is comfy, bathrooms are of big enough size. Which should make for half a decent experience. However, the room was dirty; the floor had not been vacuumed nor clean - there was dust and trash under the bed. I found crumbles in the bed, not sure how that is possible. And the bathroom floor had clearly not been washed in a while. Dust on the floor, as well as marks on the tiles. The app for check-in didn't work that day apparently. One electrical socket, which is fine enough. But not working properly. Minor and minimum things you expect from a hotel was not delivered. Not staying again.

If you have an early flight, don’t expect to get in no matter what before 4 PM unmanned hotel And you can’t even go in the lobby before 4 PM you need the key which you can’t get. If you’re arriving to Stockholm before 4 PM pick another place

Boende var perfekt om man reser själv på ex jobbresa. Man får ha lite tålamod med incheckningen i automaten. Mer information hur det funkar med att öppna dörren med appen osv vore bra. När man lärt sig var det inga problem att komma och gå dygnet runt.

Their app is a joke. You can not get door open. The "key" will NOT appear in the app. Ever. A group of us were stuck outside with the same issues. I called. Once i got in. The passport reader did not work. Nothing technologically worked ever. The TV seemed cool. But flight and train times thru tv did not work. The alarm did not work. Stay away. You will never get in! The idea in theory sounds good. No execution. GM and IT people should be fired tomorrow. Cleaning crew was good. Stay somewhere with a lobby and front desk.

Riktigt fräscht boende till bra pris om man kan leva med att rummet är fönsterlöst.

Sämsta digitala incheckningen, men var förberedd på detta. Trots lyckad incheckning fick jag inte en giltig rumsnyckel i appen. Stod lyckligtvis en person i ”foajén” som då kunde ge mig en fysisk nyckel. Vilket då gör att man ställer sig frågan vad poängen med incheckningen digitalt ens spelade för roll. Nå, så till rummet. Mysigt, och litet. Helt ok säng. Fint badrum. Men inga handdukar?! Väldigt lyhört ut till korridoren men var så trött att det knappt spelade roll.

Svårt att få tag på personal när det behövdes och en del tekniska strul.
