Very nice and lovely appartment with the splendid view from the balcony to Matera. Comfortable beds, excellent apartment equipment, helpful staff, everything exactly corresponded to the description. I recommend 100%, we have wonderful experiences from this place

There was no toilet paper, and when we contacted the property no reaction, but we had to buy by ourselves.

There was a massive spider when we arrived and it was just cleaned. There were also ants.

Fantastic location in the Sassi with amazing view, facing the cathedral. Room is spacious, very clean and comfortable, good water pressure and hot water in the bathroom. Stayed 3 nights and every day was marvelous - can watch the beautiful sunrise from balcony, enjoy dinner or a drink on the balcony with a view. Recommend for a couple!

The address provided through an automated/system message was incorrect (factually correct, but not the right entrance with keys), so I ended up going up the wrong flight of stairs. Best to follow the address on the booking made or the separate message from the owner/manager instead, as the instructions were very clear in that separate message. I didn't use the sofas, but they were worn out and didn't feel clean so I didn't use them. Also a bunch of mosquitoes in the flat, which I think is just attributable to the city itself

This was a great base in Matera with a wonderful balcony and view. Everything was comfortable and well laid out. It was also very quiet and peaceful.

The only thing to know is that the stay is completely contactless. But the host gave us instructions on how to access the apartment and was very responsive.
