Fantastic location , we enjoyed the space in bedrooms and living area is perfect size , pool /outdoor area very comfortable . Quiet area off the Main Street . Manger Agus is great , Angus looked after all our needs very well We stayed in villa peach . We will stay again .

The location so close to beach and many eateries and markets ,the pool was excellent and so was the home cinema.

The property was such a disappointment. It was our last villa in Bali after a month, and we thought based on the pictures -it looked great. Unfortunately- that’s where it ended - the pics. Villa is of poor build quality - doors didn’t lock properly and sometimes needed to be forced upon closing- making any attempt to move around the place a very noisy experience. At one point, one of my kids got trapped in the bathroom because the dysfunctional door meant he could not open it from the inside! Gaps are present between the top of sliding door to the pool area - letting in mosquitoes. Tiles chipped on floor and towards staircase. Poor plumbing upstairs where toilet would flush, and the water would come out of the bottom. Also a sewage smell coming from bathrooms sometimes. The issues requiring maintenance were many, and on our last day in the villa there were about 3 people doing separate maintenance jobs- on doors, painting cabinetry, it’s such an inconvenience to do maintenance with the guests around ! Add to that - the daily housekeeping made several trips in and out of the villa, sometimes entering unannounced with key to access supplies from a linen cupboard that serviced both villas . Felt like there was a lack of privacy and made it feel like the place wasn’t “ours” from the time we rented it . In future, I think any maintenance /supply access needs to be managed in a way that doesn’t impact guests. Facilities wise the kitchen lacked a microwave, an oven, and was a bit scant on cutlery. A villa for 6 people with a kitchen ideally should have a microwave and an oven . The villa is close to lots of eateries but sometimes you just want to eat at home, and should be well equipped for that. Overall, for the price - I wouldn’t stay here again. This place seems like it would be good for a photo villa were you’re in an out - but it did not make for a comfortable longer stay. The location was excellent though.
