"Could be managed better"

Modern, stylish villa. Nice interiors and layout. Bed was super comfortable. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.

The outdoor furniture is extremely dirty. We had to put a towel down on the couch to sit on it as it was stink! The sun loungers had mould growing on them so we couldn’t sun bathe by the pool. There were many disruptions throughout our stay that should have been handled more professionally and carried out in between stays not when guests are in the middle of their stay like we were! Pool maintenance man arrived unannounced, technician visit, and when we checked in the other guests hadn’t checked out yet and all their stuff was still left behind in the villa. Construction noise from the villa right beside this villa every day starting in the morning.
