Villa Neptune Uluwatu

Property was beautiful. Staff was very kind! Location was okay, you needed to walk a little but that was okay!

The roosters were really noisy in the mornings… But that’s nothing the property can change.

Great vacation place. Modern villa with a small pool, they have daily cleaning, villa manager Maria is super kind and responsive 🙌🏻 location was perfect to reach all destination and unlike other villas you can actually reach it by car. Internet was great, AC system is brand new 😍 Also, if you plan to take coffee or tea, don’t bother, they have it all. I really enjoyed it and during my trip to Bali this time (I stayed at 5 different locations!), this villa was the best.

What can be improved: light in the bathroom, as a girl (who is a bit blind) more light would be good. Also, they offer massage - which is done via subcontractor, lady comes and does the massage directly at the Villa. My advice - don’t book it, massage was terrible but it has nothing to do with the Villa itself :)

I highly recommend this place. My host Maria, made me feel so welcomed and provided the best recommendations from food, shops and whats there to do in Uluwatu. For anyone who’s coming to Uluwatu for the first time or even a return visit. Book this Villa - it is spacious, clean, modern,situated in a great location, it’s hidden away in a nice quiet area and yet everything is easily accessible. 5-10minute walk from the main road. Easy to find by Grab/Gojeck drivers. The Villa is cleaned daily as will as the pool.

Tout était décoré avec goût. L’endroit était super propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. L’emplacement est assez proche de la rue principale tout en étant assez éloigné pour bénéficier de calme pendant la nuit. La literie est super confortable, le service client est sûrement leur plus grande qualité; Ari a été aux petits soins tout du long, prête à anticiper le moindre besoin (un scooter nous attendait à notre arrivée). Énorme plus: bonbonne d’eau potable à la cuisine ce qui rassure énormément. La piscine était étonnamment profonde pour la taille et très rafraîchissante, un vrai atout dans la villa.

Может мы были уже избалованы очень красивыми и чистыми отелями и виллами Нептун был 3/4 после всех он был средний такой уборка не идеально , сама вилла уже чуть чуть староват изношен , вода плохо уходить в раковине где душевая бассейн холодный грязноват расположение в глуши как будто и страшно было ночевать зная что не кого нет

Все было замечательно! Мария помогла мне быстро разместиться и прекрасно провести 3 дня на этой классной вилле!

К сожалению, во время проживания произошла неприятная ситуация. У меня пропали серьги Dior. Каждый день я снимала их перед душем и оставляла в одном и том же месте. после пляжа я, как обычно, сняла серьги и оставила в номере, утром мы уехали на тренировку, серьги я не надевала. В это время в номер заходила уборка. Вечером перед ужином я обнаружила, что серёг нет, и сразу сообщила об этом персоналу. Однако серьги так и не были возвращены -сотрудники лишь развели руками, и на этом всё закончилось. Это оставило крайне неприятное впечатление. Они не моги просто так пропасть и я склоняюсь к тому , что кто-то из персонала из мог забрать :(

The shower drain was blocked, causing water to pool quickly during use. Additionally, the overall finish of the house was below expectations. The quality appeared poor and did not match the standard shown in the photos.
