Super clean, good location, great staff, well furnished

Horrible noise from upstairs water machine. Staff promptly tried to find a solution, got better after one day. And offered a discount too.

Very beautiful and relaxing interior design.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Neptune. The Villa is beautifully designed and I especially loved the bedroom and bathroom. I loved all the different light fixtures around the property. As someone who came to work, it was handy having lots of plug sockets everywhere. I also appreciated the fan outside on the sun lounger. It is in a perfect location, a short walking distance (or bike) to the main food spots. You can get a quick bike to the beaches too. My staff at the property were so lovely, always quick to help any issues.

Only a few minor things: Although it is a new property, there was sadly a lot of wear and tear on the floors and kitchen surfaces from previous guests. I know they cannot help that but it ruined the aesthetic of the lovely kitchen. There was also a faint smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Would recommend a small outdoor tap to wash sand off feet and legs before stepping into the villa or pool.
