Tesisin konumu iyiydi bizi karşılayan eleman guler yüzlüydü.sampuan ve ikramlik çay Cafe bırakılmıştı .ufak tefek sıkıntılar dışında genel olarak rahat bir daireydi teşekkürler

Tesiste hijyen yeterli değildi ketıl dogrudürust calismiyordu onun dışında hersey mevcuttu

The very friendly owner of the apartment block was kind enough to get someone to get us into the apartment. Much appreciated. The two ladies doing housekeeping in our block tried to be helpful by contacting reception who were less than helpful.

The fact that it said one side had sea view other City view. No chance if seeing the sea at all. The plug in bathroom did not work. The friendly lady doing housekeeping said that it was not faulty but you had to access it from under the basin!! We reported the problem plus asking how to get the TV into English mode. We were told someone would come to look at basin. Luckily I had a travel plug as no one contacted us at all. The housekeeping lady rang the receptionist about the TV but was told it was too difficult and TV did not do English! No bedside lights.

Il fatto che abbiamo dovuto far intervenire il meneger in charge per farci cambiare la biancheria da letto e del bagno. Nota bene che siamo rimasti due settimane. Nessuna pulizia per due settimane. Personale, a parte la ricezionista della sera, senza empatia e anche un po’ arroganti. Peccato era la 4a volta che abbiamo usufruito degli appartamenti dell’Island appartamens e questa è stata l’ultima. Peccato qualcosa è cambiato.

La situation. L'appartement pas loin de la plage. Il y a des restaurant à coté.

La salle douche était très sale. On a été une semaine dans l'appartement, mais seulement nous a donné un grand linge pour douche et un petit linge pour cheveux.

Oda güzeldi.

Konakladığınız 4 gün süre boyunca temizlige hiç gelinmedi.Birde balkonda jakuzi vardı.Geldiğimizde içi kirliydi.Temizlenmesi için hergün resepsiyona söyledim.Hep tamam dediler ama birgün gelip de temizlemediler.Hijyen konusunda kötü diger olanaklar iyi.

Resepsiyon ve kaldığımız bina birbirine uzak ve bağlantısız, özellikle geceleri fazlaca araç sesi, bir şehir apartmanını kiralamış ve apart yapmışlar, bir sorununuz olduğunda hiçbir görevli yok. Rodos’a gideceklere tavsiyem taksi sorununu göze alsınlar, mesafe yakınsa kimse almıyor, otelden turistik porta yürümek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyonun çağırdığı taksi gelmedi. Gerçekten çağırdılar mı emin değilim.
