Location is convenient

Verandah was dusty and noisy coz it's on the street. Didn't use it

It didn’t look anything like the photos above. The street and area was crazy busy and not pleasant at all. I left 20 minutes after I let myself in and booked another place.

Both me and a colleague booked rooms for our stay, here are the problems we jointly faced: - the fitness center does not exist. It is composed of a broken elliptical machine that if you try to use it will sound like a truck joined you at that 6 sqm room. The threatmill is extremely unstable and one cannot run. This facility DOES NOT HAVE A FITNESS CENTER. one should not be allowed to call what they offer as such. - from the day I arrived to the day I left, a dead cockroach could be found on the stairs, at the same spot. I informed the facility on the first day, it stayed around for another 3. Besides that, my colleague was yelled at by personnel when he wasn't able to get access to his room because they gave him twice the wrong code to get the key and during the process kept blaming him and even yelling on the line. I would guess at least having a polite treatment towards others could be expected.
