Maison des Quatre Saisons

This was our best stay during our tour of France and Switzerland. Delphine, the owner left a career in television in Paris to pursue her dream of running a guest house and she does this to a very high standard. We are clearly talking a labour of love here. She has thrown open her house for the benefit of her guests and embraced the project with enthusiasm. There are thoughtful details at every turn from the decor inside and out to the thoughtful touches in the rooms and communal areas. The lavish breakfast is served to your table personally by the host. This is the place to come if you feel like being spoiled.

What an incredible place!! Absolutely gorgeous place to stay with every detail perfectly thought out. Plenty of treats and beverages to choose from if you decide to stay by the pool for the day, and the breakfast Delphin provides is phenomenal. Homemade jams and juice, artisanal pastries, truly the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back here.

The hotel was great and the owner provided a fantastic breakfast each morning. Set in beautiful countryside with a lovely garden and swimming pool, it is a perfect place to relax. We stayed two nights and had a great time. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely farm house. Delphine was very friendly, spoke good English and explained everything we needed to know. Large indoor sitting area over two levels and wonderful garden for our child to explore and play in. She particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the swings hanging from the trees. Snacks and drinks available from an honesty trolley which was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. Large room with private en-suite and plenty of towels to use. Superb breakfast. Very child-friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They cancelled our booking three days before our stay. I dont understand why hotels can cancel on guests, but if we were to cancel on them WE would lose our money.
