Very dirty not cleaned beds, cockroaches on the floor aircon remote not working. Owner not responding well stained pillow cover

Room was so smelly and cockroaches on the floor, we didn’t stay in the villa called the owner to show cockroaches and dirty beds but caller didn’t respond well . We had to get out immediately from the villa as we could not live in such a dirty place

Everything was spectacular.

From the entry, the environment is so beautiful, the greenery is just awesome. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. I spent time with my family and we had beautiful spaces for family time as well as little beautiful spots for personal time. The swimming pools and the jacuzzi were just perfect for holiday activities. The manager Mr Agung was very friendly and quickly responded when we needed his input. I highly recommend the Mana Villas.

I suggested to Mr Agung to place some kitchen drying racks but other than that we were happy making our own meals in the spacious kitchen.

Unfortunately after paying the full price and arriving (which was a lovely welcome) we were unable to stay due to the property been so isolated. Given a family member had a health condition this property was to be too far away from any chemist, shop etc without having our own transport. We were dissatisfied to realise this on arrival. Choose not to stay at the property and unfortunately received no assistance in receiving any form of a refund. Even 1 night refund would have being greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without transport. Takes approximately 10-15 mins before you receive a shop. The location is in Benoa. This should be advertised elsewhere not necessarily in Nusa Dua - which I would consider near beach and shops. The villa itself was nice from what we saw on arrival. It’s a shame, we weren’t more informed. Yet I guess that’s just bad luck on our behalf.
