We were very disappointed with our stay at this villa. The overall condition of the property was not up to an acceptable standard. The bedsheets had visible stains on them, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. The curtains were torn and appeared worn out, giving the villa a neglected feel. The towels provided were old and in poor condition and should have been replaced long ago. To make matters worse, we found a rat in our room during our stay. This was extremely concerning from both a cleanliness and guest safety perspective and significantly affected our comfort. We also experienced ongoing issues regarding our booking. Despite our reservation clearly stating 6 adults and 2 children, the staff repeatedly insisted that the villa was only for 6 adults. They continually raised this issue throughout our stay, which was frustrating and unnecessary. We were particularly disappointed when breakfast was refused for one of the children, even though the booking had clearly included 6 adults and 2 children. This left us feeling unfairly treated and unwelcome. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff named Hendra. We found them to be rude and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Rather than addressing the issues professionally, we felt our complaints were dismissed and that we were not treated with the level of respect expected from hospitality staff.

The property and location were excellent. Staffs delivering excellent services. Excellent privacy. Rooms were clean, pool is nice and comfortable.

The staff were exceptional! Even before we arrived, we recived a Whats app text to confirm our arrival and the staff were waiting for us. They took us on a tour of our villa, explained how to have food delivered, explained how to confirm breakfast details and then they left us knowing they were right there if we needed them. The villa was quiet and secure, and there was SOOOO much space! The pool was simply amazing!!!! And having your breakfast cooked for you each morning in our own kitchen was amazing!
