What a view.. Every morning woke up with an amazing morning sun over look the mountain.. the villa is spacious, clean, location is very convenient and kitchen very well equipped for family weekend gateway.

I liked everything about this villa, big and comfy. Staff is great and attended to all our needs.

The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished, and the many glass windows as well as the balcony offer wonderful views into the valley and over the fields. We chose the villa because of its location near lake Beratan / Ulun Danu Beratan temple and because it serves as a great base for excursions, such as to the rice terraces of Jatiluwih and many breathtakingly beautiful waterfalls (e.g., Sekumpul, Banyumala). Within walking distance of the villa, there are a few nice cafes and Warungs/restaurants. However, walking along the roadside, especially in the dark, is always a bit of an adventure due to the heavy traffic. Dewa (the husband of the assistant) drove us to our excursion destinations. We can absolutely recommend him, as he is not only a very good driver but also very friendly and helpful. He was always available to us, gave us many valuable tips, and we had great conversations with him, he is a very nice guy, thank you, Dewa!

Since the villa is located directly on a rather busy road, unfortunately, the traffic noise can also be heard inside the house. It could be better, if all the windows could be tightly closed.

Neighbouring road is way too loud to sleep, or even just have a conversation with the person next to you. Also no insulation, so very cold throughout the villa.

The views from the balcony were incredible, and the villa was pretty massive. We realised quickly there were no grabs available, and the host quickly said that her husband could accompany us as our driver for a full day and a half, visiting various places. He was an amazing guy, and the overall service was top notch. Thanks alot guys!

Only issue (not really an issue) was the bugs. What else do you expect visiting Bedoegoel though? the hosts were amazing and the place was great, enough said really :)

As good as the location is, it is still located right next to the main road and uphill, the noise from the vehicles passing is a real deal. and it is pretty much non-stop 24 hours. The bedroom is not soundproof enough. And the booster pump is keep turning on and off periodically even though we don't use the water. I assume there is a leak inside the pipe somewhere.
