I loved the room very modern. I love the balcony very simplistic and clean. The view was amazing. I didn't get a chance to test the pool which I'm very bummed out about but other than that it looked very clean. I liked everything in the room very comfortable. The bed was big. The kitchen area had everything I needed in the bathroom was clean and very beautiful. The amenities were very nice as well. The staff were very corresponsive every time I sent a message they reply very quickly. I like the location very much because it was close to mini markets and supermarkets and coffee shops and bakeries and the price for all this is just great. I really recommend this and it was honestly all in all just a great experience.

The room was beautiful, lovely view and very comfortable bed. We had lots of amenities including a stove and oven, which would make for a great extended stay. Would come again for longer!

Very nice contact to the local owner, easy accommodation of my late arrival, early departure checkin/checkout requirements, perfect stay.

Property was new construction, very clean, and well equipped. I felt extremely safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a washing machine and also laundry detergent. The view of the sea from the balcony was awesome. Enjoyed being close to small town so I could walk to local restaurants to savor the local cuisine. Close to bus route 18 if you wanted to visit port of Chania. Owner was very accommodating and when my return trip became delayed, he was very helpful in assisting me to secure lodging. I definitely plan to come back to Crete and stay at the Heliades Property.

There was no contact with staff/host other than by email or text, but they were very responsive. Very clean.

If the pool had been heated it would have been even better, but I understand that is not a common request! WE came at the very end of the season.

It was perfect for our requirements as we were flying to Athens early the next morning and we were extremely comfortable. it was November but easy to find a good meal nearby.

Not sure if there is enough parking but you can always get around that.

It advertised as a hotel. No one to greet us, it appears abadoned, my room was 3 flights of stairs (I'm 60). The heat unit didn't work for both rooms and the owner argued with us. He sent the cleaning lady to help and she couldn't get anything to work either. Awful experience
