Lala's Boutique Hotel

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The day time front desk lady was very nice and always checked in on us to ensure we had everything that was needed.

The internet was weak so sometimes using my laptop it would take time to load. I would suggest they update or upgrade the internet. There were times we were watching prime on the tv and it would keep loading.

Outside bar and restaurant area is very nice. Staff is friendly. Food is good and they have an extensive and tasteful menu for lunch and diner. Bed and airco are very good.

Business traveller and did not explore location. Breakfast preparation can take some time and I would recommend change way of serving. Upcharge when paying by creditcard. PayPal is possible and free of charge, but that is only possible for room not for drinks and food. Hotel can win a lot by trying to surprise guests instead of doing just their job.

Very nice and cosy environment, my room/bathroom was very clean, the staff were very nice, courteous and helpful (particularly Judith). The restaurant offered very tasty meals.

Considering that not all the room are fitted with smart tv, it would be nice to have some more channels available on the tv (international and local news channels, and possibly a couple of movie channels as well)
