The staff. I was there for 5 nights and the staff were amazing very attentive, respectful, and exceptional.

Maintenance and functionality of the facility. Aesthetically, the hotel looks luxurious but most of the things in the rooms no longer work. The doors to the patio have no handles. Both are broken, the doors are stuck and donโ€™t open easily. Majority of the sockets no longer work. The fridge barely makes anything cold. The towels! The towels should be thrown away! They are no longer white, they are worn and no longer ideal to touch anyoneโ€™s body. Just a few things that come to mind. Premium rate, the hotel did not meet premium standards.
