Very professional staff. Reception too slow and check in process can be much better instead of letting guests wait 1 hour to check in. Bed was dirty. Overall everything should be much better especially for the price paid.

"Loss of hotel room."

Staff texted me to say my room was canceled 18 min uses after initial call saying I was welcome. Then I got an email saying I canceled the room when they canceled me.

My reservation was canceled last minute by the hotel.

Loved everything. Slept so well. Painful to leave. Had a good time. Loved the pillows especially and the staff....very courteous.

the roof bar that had karaoke. the staff seemed nice.

The place was okay but i do not think the owners and /or mgt understand basic hotel principles especially for one sold as luxury. I will not be signing to waive my rights to any claims in the event of situations that you have sole control, in full pr part when i stay at your hotel.
