Domisili Villas Canggu Bali by Fays Hospitality

+ Fast attention when we couldn't get the tv to work. + Complimentary movie channel provided. + Filtered water machine :D + Private (no one can see into the villa). + Large comfortable bed. + The effort to rectify issues that people have mentioned before, e.g. there as a plastic cover on the corner of the pool to prevent you getting scratched when you get out; the air conditioner had a screen across it to prevent the air blowing directly on you when you are in bed. Seeing this makes me confident that the issues mentioned below will be rectified.

- Breakfast was very, very poor. You can either have it in the cafe of the hostel across the road or have it delivered to your villa. The quality of the food was really terrible - inedible. We had it on 2 mornings, once in the cafe and the other delivered (hoping that the awful breakfast on the first morning was a one-off). Also, the cafe is a dog cafe so not ideal if you are allergic to dogs. Compared to breakfast provided by other accommodation we stayed in, it was also very limited, consisting of a hot dish, e.g. nasi goreng, and a cup of tea/coffee (not barista coffee) OR juice. Soy milk for the cup of tea or an additional glass of juice were extra costs. With the "luxury" price of staying at the villa, a more generous and quality breakfast is expected but we got what the villa paid the cafe (on the menu the breakfast set was only a few Australian dollars). - Air conditioner didn't seem to get cool enough. - Sunlight woke us up at the crack of dawn. While there were blackout curtains, they did not reach the ceiling. The brightness was amplified as it bounced off the opposite wall length mirror. - People in the neighbouring villa were a little loud in their pool but we accept that this comes with having private pools. - Construction next door that has replaced the ricefield that was there. While it wasn't noisy, the construction is an eyesore as you enter Domisili Villas.

Nice rooms, very clean. A litte outside the really crowded and noisy part of town. The staff very nice and polite, although they tend to suggest only the places that the property has special deals with.

The rooms are well equipped with fridge, oven, etc but lacks a proper coffee machine.

So clean and friendly, they were very accomodating for our needs and the villa itself was spacious and beautiful.

The breakfast across the road is very limited, I’d avoid getting breakfast included and just purchase yourself elsewhere!

I would rate this villa 100/10. This place is very pretty, clean, spacious & the ambiance is top notch. I loveeee the hospitality they given us. The staff is very helpful, very demure very cutesy. They also wait for us outside of our grab car during heavy rain to ensure we are not wet & give us a very very big umbrella to walk to our villa. The staff is very responsive in the whatsapp & give us a fast reply. They also have a very good internet connection here. No words would describe how fantastic the place is. Would recommend my friends & family to stay here in Canggu. The location was very nice. Got few restaurants, laundry bar, spa & a convince store just for 5 minutes walk. The villa to the hot spot area is only for less than 10 minutes ride. Overall, fall in love at the first sight with place. Would love to come here again in the future♥️
